i 2009 fik vejbanerne i True et helt nyt slidlag, men ikke alle steder var man lige heldige, og der var en del tilretninger efterfølgende, eftersom vandet løb uden om kloakkerne.
i 2009 åbnede den første del af Transportcentret i Årslev, og beboerne i True var meget spændte på hvor megen yderligere gennemgående trafik det ville generere.
27. januar 2010 vedtog Aarhus Kommune lokalplan 877, som gav grønt lys for opførelse af en busterminal til 60 busser på Munkevejen 4. True Beboerforening havde forinden tilkendegivet sin bekymring for mere gennemgående trafik i True overfor Aarhus Kommune.
i foråret 2010 var en ny plan for den kollektive trafik i Aarhus i høring, og det forventedes at den daværende bus linje 14 ville blive lavet om til en A-linje med intervaller på 4-6 afgange i timen. Den nye busplan blev af Midttrafik sat i værk den 8. august 2011, med linje 3A som den primære bus i vores område.
